Overseen by Rei Kawakubo, CDG’s diffusion label SHIRT focuses mainly on…shirts. The self-imposed restriction pushes Kawakubo to continually explore different notions of what the shirt can be. The collection has grown to include knitwear, outerwear and trousers, all French-made and expertly tailored.
