Outerwear Exposé AW20

It's the most wonderful time of the year! The time for sharing warm sentiments with family, time for giving to others and personal reflection but it's also the time when your ears get cold, fingers numb and all those tee shirts you accumulated over the warmer months aren't doing a great job keeping you warm. So here's a selection of our top outerwear pieces from this season to keep you warm and protected.

If you live in a moderate climate and the mercury doesn't dip that much past zero, then the Real McCoy's J-24L is the one for you. Made in Japan of the toughest Shinki horsehide and fully lined with a quilted liner, it will protect you not just perched on a V-Twin but walking through those blustery windy days as well. In addition to all that, the removable mutton collar will keep your neck warm and cozy.

Colder than a Parisian winter where you are? Here's our favourite Lyonnaise brand Arpenteur to the rescue. The new Loft jacket features a sumptuous water repellent nylon outer and is filled with the loftiest Primaloft to keep you insulated but not overheated. The drawcord on the hem helps keep those sneaky wind draughts at bay. This new classic is a great addition to any winter wardrobe.

For those who live in a true winter wonderland like us here in Toronto, the elegant but heavy duty Gore Tex Rokkvi 5.0 from Norse Projects is a no-brainer. This parka is coated with a PFCec free DWR coating making it fully waterproof and with its 800 fill power down, it will get you through the coldest of days. If there's anyone who knows about cold weather, the Danes would have a PhD in it.
