We have service/officer shoes from Phigvel, McCoy’s, and Sanders. What’s special about these Old Joe officer shoes is that they are made of Italian horsebutt leather. I love horsebutt. I love butt to begin with. Horses? I mean, I don’t hate them, but I was almost thrown off a horse once. Fully vegetable-tanned and double-tanned to preserve the natural grains while giving a rich patina potential. Now I just wish they make more sizes.
