One of the fabrics we get most excited for during AW is cotton wool. Why you ask? Because of how versatile it is of course.

Now...we must also speak of the healing properties of both fabrics from a HZ perspective. With wool hitting at 5000hz and cotton at 100hz. When we talk about fabric and their frequencies, we are referring to their molecular structure and the energy they contain within them. A frequency is the distinct vibrational energy emitted by each materials and matter. The higher the frequency, the better the fabric is for body, mind and soul.
