Until now. And now we finally get to experience it in person. The flesh side of the roughout chromexcel is treated with a heavy wax coating. Over time as the leather wears you will find a surprise underneath. Nothing like you have ever seen before. A suede-like texture will emerge ultimately developing a deep and rich patina that you could easily submit in any boot contest out there. I'm just sayin'...
This is truly one of those leathers, that with time, will only age beautifully. Everything you could want in life just in a boot form.
